Kairos Solutions was founded from the Greek word Kairos, which means "The best time for actions is now." Therefore, we have intentionally leaned in and taken action to provide quality solutions related to leadership effectiveness, operational efficiencies, organizational complexities, team performance and waste management.
In 2006, the Kairos leadership founded The FAM (Family of Arizona Men) foundation, to educate and equip underrepresented men to become the leaders, husbands and fathers.
